About the Activity

What to Expect

Our snowboarding lessons, designed for kids from 8 years old and adults, begin with an introduction to equipment familiarisation for the beginners. This crucial step helps participants understand how to balance and handle the board, laying a solid foundation for the skills that follow. As you grow more confident, our experienced instructors will guide you across the resort’s gentle slopes, teaching you how to make those important first turns. Each group is capped at a maximum of 8 participants, ensuring personalised attention and a supportive environment.

For those with more experience, the lessons advance to tackling steeper slopes and refining your technique on more challenging terrain. These sessions are kept intimate, with groups of up to 6 participants, allowing instructors to provide closer guidance. In addition, we offer a special Friday afternoon “discovery” session for those curious to try snowboarding for the first time. Here, you can enjoy a smooth introduction to the sport, all while surrounded by La Plagne’s stunning alpine scenery.

Nestled in the heart of the French Alps, La Plagne offers a superb setting for both beginners and seasoned snowboarders. With its vast network of gentle slopes and challenging terrains, the resort is equipped with modern facilities that ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. La Plagne's picturesque landscape provides the perfect backdrop for a memorable day on the snow.

Meeting Time

We meet at the foot of the main chairlifts in Plagne Centre, next to the Le Croq' Neige restaurant, 10 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Pick-up

Free minibus service: we offer a private minibus service to take you to the meeting point, completely free of charge. to use this service, call us when you arrive at the resort, and the bus will pick you up at the stop closest to your accommodation.

Ski Pass

All participants need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Please make sure you have a snowboard, snowboard boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson
