If your child wants to take their skiing to the next level, these lessons in Plose for kids and teens aged 8–14 are the perfect choice. Nestled in the Italian Alps, the Plose ski resort offers a stunning backdrop for learning with its expansive views of the Dolomites. With a variety of slopes and a well-equipped ski area, it provides an ideal setting for young skiers to hone their skills. The day begins with a friendly group division, where one of our experienced ski instructors assesses the technical level of each participant to ensure they are placed in the most suitable group.
Throughout the morning, children will build on their existing skills, focusing on refining their parallel skiing technique, tackling steeper slopes, and enhancing their turning abilities. These skills are crucial for navigating more challenging terrains and gaining confidence on the slopes. The lessons are conducted in small groups, allowing for personalised attention and tailored feedback. After a morning of skiing, the group will gather at one of the mountain-top restaurants for a well-deserved lunch, where they can relax and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.
After lunch, the adventure continues as the group returns to the slopes under the guidance of their ski instructor. The afternoon session builds on the morning's progress, with the opportunity to explore more of the resort's dynamic terrain and practice new skills in a supportive environment. This combination of expert instruction and hands-on experience ensures that young skiers not only improve their technique but also develop a deeper love for the sport, making these lessons a memorable and valuable experience.
On the first day, we meet 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Our instructors take care of the children during the lunch break.
As the meal is not provided by the school, it is mandatory to bring money to buy food on site. The lunch will take place in a hut on the slopes.
You need to bring your own equipment.

If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
