The lesson begins with a focus on the basics, such as understanding your equipment and learning the fundamentals of balance and posture. These initial skills are crucial, as they lay the groundwork for more advanced techniques. What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson.
