At the Alpincenter Kitzsteinhorn, at the top gondola station. (Langwiedweg 56, 5710 Kaprun)
Take your skiing to the next level with a ski camp for intermediate skiers on the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The camp is designed for skiers who are already comfortable with consistent parallel turns and basic short and long turns. During the course, you will work on your confidence, control and balance across a variety of terrains. The training is organised by the experienced team at Snowsports Co. Kaprun together with SIA-selected trainers.
The varied pistes on the Kitzsteinhorn allow your instructors to adapt the training to the group and put new techniques into practice. HD video analysis is an important part of the camp: your skiing will be recorded and reviewed together with your instructors, giving you detailed feedback on your movements and technique and helping you identify areas for improvement.
The camp starts with a welcome drink and meet & greet at The People’s Hotel on Sunday, the evening before the first course day. Here, you can meet the other participants and discuss your goals for the camp before heading onto the glacier.
We meet at the Alpincenter Kitzsteinhorn, at the top gondola station, 5 minutes before the start of the lesson.
Please note that it may take up to 40 minutes to reach the meeting point
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
