What to Expect

Discover the joy of skiing with our first timers group ski lessons for adults aged 18 and over, where small groups, personalized instruction, and a fun learning atmosphere help you build confidence and master the basics on the slopes. Set in the picturesque Salober-Schröcken region, these lessons are designed for first-timers eager to take their first steps on skis. The resort boasts a range of facilities, including well-maintained slopes and modern lifts, making it an ideal destination for beginners.

Your lesson begins with a warm welcome and equipment fitting, ensuring you are comfortable and ready for the day ahead. Our experienced ski instructors introduce you to the basics of skiing, such as learning how to stop and start, which are essential for safety and control. As you progress, you will practice your first turns on gentle slopes, where you will gain a feel for balance and movement. Observing other participants, you will benefit from visual learning, understanding the technique, and putting it into practice yourself.

Throughout the lesson, you will enjoy a supportive group environment, where safe and enjoyable learning is prioritized. As you progress together, you will share the experience with fellow beginners, gradually building the confidence to tackle more challenging runs. The unique setting of Salober-Schröcken, with its stunning Alpine views, adds to the overall experience, making your introduction to skiing both memorable and rewarding.

Meeting Time

We meet directly at the kids’ area, in front of the ski school, 15 minutes before the start of the lesson.

Ski Pass

All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or online before the first lesson.

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Experience is not required

• Warm outdoor clothing; layers are recommended

• Ski equipment and helmet

Good to Know

• For the Christmas holidays & school holidays in February, we recommend you book early in advance due to high demand

• Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson

• Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson

• During our courses we are always wearing a helmet

• It is possible to switch between different skill levels during the course if a participant's abilities improve quickly

• The maximum group size is 10 participants per group

• The minimum amount of participants for this course to take place is 3
