Kids Snowboarding Lessons (7-15 y.) for Beginners- Lechnerberg-Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn-Kaprun

The world of snowboarding awaits your little adventurers during these kids snowboarding lessons for beginners in Kaprun. We are eager to teach children between the ages of 7 and 15 years old who are ready to take their first steps on a board.

Here we focus on the basic techniques of snowboarding needed to glide down the mountains. We begin with side slipping and the right stance. In small groups, every kid will quickly experience their first successes on the board and, of course, have lots of fun. These lessons are especially designed for kids and teens and our qualified snowboard instructors help them on their way, give useful tips, and make sure everyone has a great time.

Because of Kaprun's altitude, the area guarantees snow from October until July and beginners also have a wide selection of easy blue slopes. The easy fun park also gives them the opportunity to simply have fun on the board and try their first hand at tricks once they have mastered the basics.

Meeting Time
We meet 30 minutes before the course start at our meeting point.
If there are less than 5 participants, the lessons will be shortened to a half-day course (except during the following weeks: 23.12-10.01 / 02.02-07.03 / 06.04-25.04).

Lunch Break
If you book a full-day course including lunch care, our instructors are happy to take care of your children during the break from 11:30 am to 1 pm. A delicious meal is included.

Equipment Rental
If you book including equipment, you can conveniently pick it up at our ski school office. We recommend picking up your equipment 30 minutes before the start of the lessons or the day before from 4 pm to 6 pm in our rental shop.

Ski pass
All snowboarders need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office or at the ski school before the first lesson.

Please note that the participants have to show their ski school ticket at the meeting point. You can pick up the ticket until 1 hour before the lesson starts from the Ski Dome II Langwiedboden.
