What to Expect

We welcome all children aged 8 to 14 years who have always wanted to swap their skis for a board and get to know the air of snowboarding to our kids' snowboarding lessons in Zell am Ziller. The course is perfect for beginners, whether they already have basic snowboarding skills, still feel unsure, or are standing on the board for the first time.

Our state-certified snowboard instructors ensure that your children make great progress in no time and feel safe and comfortable. They teach them snowboarding with a lot of fun and guarantee quickly noticeable results. At the beginning of the course, the children are divided into small groups because this way they get the attention they need from their instructor. In addition, the groups are created in such a way that they correspond to the level and age of your children, and they can easily make new friends. With this division and attention from the instructor, the ski course is guaranteed to be a success.

In the beginning, the children familiarize themselves with the equipment and learn how to keep their balance on the board. With different exercises such as gliding, they learn to feel safe and with the help of the group and the instructor, nothing will stand in the way of their first turns. Riding the lift is also practised so that the children have no problems on their own and can show their parents what they have already learned after the lesson.

Meeting Time

On the first day of the course, the kids' snowboarding lessons in Zell am Ziller begin 30 minutes before the course starts. The children are then divided into suitable groups. The meeting point is the assembly point at the Rosenalm mountain station. After the children have been divided into groups, the actual course starts.

Lunch Care

We kindly ask all parents whose children are not registered for lunch care to pick up their child at the Rosenalm meeting point by 12:00 PM and bring them back at 1:00 PM for the afternoon session. To ensure we maintain our high safety standards, please remember to check your child in and out with the ski instructor.

Ski Pass

All snowboarders need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. You can buy your ski pass at the ski lift ticket office before the first lesson.

Good to Know

• Please note that if the minimum number of 3 participants is not reached, the group lesson will be changed into a private one and the duration of the lesson might slightly be reduced.
