Super nice, empathetic ski instructors who catered to our needs and wishes.
Our instructor Ludwig was really good at explaining steps of how to progress and was really patient. As a result our family of 5 (different ages) managed to ski quite confidently after our lesson. I would highly recommend and the booking process and communication was brilliant.
Very nice team, they also try to make ski lessons possible at short notice.
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.

The private lessons are for groups of up to 6 people.
The instructor will tailor the lesson to your family's specific needs and goals. If there are different skill levels within the group, a varied program is offered to ensure everyone has a great time.
