A very beautiful tour.
However, a certain level of fitness is required to complete the entire tour. At the end, you have to climb back up everything you descended/jumped during the two-hour climb within 20 minutes.
In addition, there are two sections where you crawl through a very narrow "cave" between two rocks. Definitely not for people with claustrophobia.
