Hydrospeed, or whitewater swimming, lives up to its name: it allows you to surf the waves and tackle the rapids directly at their core. If you are not the shy type, then trying hydrospeed on the Ubaye river is a must: this strong mountain torrent will give you thrilling sensations as you tame the rapids. Don't worry, your instructor will be nearby in the water to advise you and ensure your safety, so that you can fully enjoy your experience!
Tour programme- Preparation:We meet at
our office in Le Lauzet-Ubaye at the booked time, where we will get you equipped while getting to know each other. You will then be given a security demonstration by a state-certified guide before being taken to the start of the tour.
- Tour:Equipped with your flippers and float, it's time to let the current carry you. You'll face the rapids for which the river is famous and enjoy calmer sections to swim and admire the dramatic scenery surrounding you.
- Return:Once you have completed the tour, we will take you back to the base in our bus.
