This classic rafting tour is for all those who do not get enough of the breathtaking view of the Verdon cliffs and wish to combine it with a sporting activity. From the start, we have a superb view over Castellane and its fortifications. Along the route, rapids alternate with calmer sections. You are accompanied by a professional guide who gives you information, and of course he makes you paddle when we need speed. Halfway along the route we cross the famous rapids "Barre Saint Jean", and along the second part, we are really in the middle of the cliffs. Enjoy this extraordinary experience with friends or family! Tour programme - Preparation: We meet at our base in Castellane, where you will be equipped. Then you will receive a briefing by your guide. He gives you instructions on how to handle the paddle, information regarding your safety, and he explains the characteristics of the route. Now that you are ready to challenge the white water, you take a bus that brings you to the starting point. - Tour: During the tour, we cross rapids and swim them down, jump off rocks and discover the geology of the Verdon. - Arrival: At the end, you will be transported back to our base. A 20-minute walk will be necessary to reach the shuttle. We will then take you back to the base, where you will collect your belongings and your vehicle.
