To ensure you are well-prepared for your first dive, our certified diving instructor will provide you with an introduction to all the important basics before you enter the water. This way, you can take your first steps as a skilled diver with confidence, and experience an underwater adventure that you are sure to remember for a long time to come. Dive Area Surrounded by crystal-clear water, various colourful coral reefs and a unique diversity of species, Banjole, located near Pula, offers the best conditions for unforgettable diving experiences. Programme We meet at our base in Banjole at the agreed time. The exact starting time for your dive will be arranged individually with you. If you wish and upon request, we can also arrange a pick-up service for you. If you wish to make use of our pickup service, please contact us after completing the booking. If you come by car, you will find free car parks right next to our base. At the beginning, your instructor will explain everything you need to know about diving, such as the correct breathing technique and how to stay underwater successfully. You can also get familiar with your equipment during this time. Afterwards, we will make our way to our boat together and then head towards one of our beautiful diving locations. These sites will be selected based on the weather conditions. Of course, we are happy to accommodate your personal wishes as far as possible. Once we arrive at the diving site, our certified diving instructor will provide you with an introduction and all the important information about the diving site so that you are well prepared for your first dive. And then it's time to give it a try! Explore the underwater landscape and discover the fascinating marine life of the area. Your dive will last around 30 minutes, with a diving depth of up to 5 metres. The total duration of the activity, including introduction and preparation time, is around 2 hours. The number of participants is kept very small, with a maximum of 8 people, so that personalised supervision is guaranteed. "The three of us did the introductory scuba diving course, and I can only say: Absolutely recommended!
I'd never been scuba diving before and was understandably nervous. But that feeling disappeared after just a few minutes. Katie and Basti did a fantastic job. They're both incredibly relaxed, always have a joke ready, and are very funny. Despite that, I never felt like they were taking anything lightly. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt safe and well taken care of the whole time.
You can also immediately tell that the two of them get along really well. They tease each other, laugh, and joke around, which makes the whole atmosphere incredibly relaxed. It felt more like having a cool experience with friends than participating in some dry, theoretical course.
The diving itself was simply amazing. At first, I had to concentrate quite a bit on the technique, but once you're down there and get used to it, it's an incredible feeling. Floating through the clear water, watching the fish, and experiencing the underwater world up close was truly something special. Time flew by far too quickly, and when we resurfaced, I immediately wanted to go back down.
For me, this was definitely one of the highlights of my vacation, and it's even led me to seriously consider getting my scuba diving certification.
