The boat was supposed to be 46 people, there were 100 and some people couldn't sit with each other. There was supposed to be a snack bar, there wasn't. The drinks available had to be paid for with cash. We only had card. The staff were rude and told us we should read the ticket as it had said this was the case. We checked, it didn't... We dutifully got there 30 minutes early, as requested, and had to stand, with no shade, for the whole of that time while they loaded the boat with drinks. Similarly we got back at the alloted time in Gozo and had to wait in the sun as the boat wasn't there when it should have been. The captain said he would give us all the information about what we were passing on the way back. He didn't. All in all this trip didn't live up to the expectations or the other reviews. Staff were not particularly friendly either!!
