The crew and the boat captain were a well-coordinated team, and everyone was very friendly. The captain always had a light-hearted joke ready. We were greeted with small pastries and watermelon every now and then. Drinks, coffee, and even something to eat were available on the boat. The three beaches we visited were beautiful. Light sand, crystal-clear water, and you could spot many fish while snorkeling. The stay was usually an hour, which was plenty. We then visited the "Grotta del Finco." It was quite nice, but not a must. You can also stay on the boat during this time and swim in the sea from there. He didn't give us any warning, so much so that we were worried and thought the excursion would never take place. Finally, he told me he was coming, so phew, we were reassured. Discovering the Gulf, wow, it's magnificent. But the excursion wasn't great: the skipper wasn't very helpful, quite casual, and completely unaware of what traveling with young children is like.
