At the starting point, we were told there was no room for us, despite our reservation made a week in advance. A refund was also not possible. After lengthy discussions, we were promised that we would be transported to Cala Luna in a small boat and could continue our tour there, albeit with a 2 hour and 10 minute delay. In the end, we had to wait for more than 3 hours in the sun in Cala Luna with our 11-year-old child before anyone came to pick us up. A day that began with many arguments and disappointments was completely turned around by the boat captain, Mr. Valter. What a sweet, thoughtful, and friendly person. All credit to @Valter. We still had a very, very nice day in the end. Thanks again, Valter. Dietary preferences were even taken into account after we asked. We visited beautiful places in the Madalena archipelago and got very close to the beaches because the catamaran could reach shallow waters. It was a wonderful day!"
