At the starting point, we were told there was no room for us, despite our reservation made a week in advance. A refund was also not possible. After lengthy discussions, we were promised that we would be transported to Cala Luna in a small boat and could continue our tour there, albeit with a 2 hour and 10 minute delay. In the end, we had to wait for more than 3 hours in the sun in Cala Luna with our 11-year-old child before anyone came to pick us up. A day that began with many arguments and disappointments was completely turned around by the boat captain, Mr. Valter. What a sweet, thoughtful, and friendly person. All credit to @Valter. "I feel like giving it 5 stars because, although the dolphins were very shy about showing themselves (we spotted one very far away and maybe a second), the trip was wonderful. The skipper, Lucia, was very professional and very knowledgeable, even about the history of the place. Well done!"

"It was one of the most wonderful experiences we've ever had. We visited incredibly beautiful bays, went snorkeling, and our son loved jumping in from the boat. David, our skipper, is a great guy and got us there and back quickly and safely. It was so much fun. We even had some snacks. The small group size was perfect. The trip was very well organized. Communication beforehand was excellent and friendly, all in English. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely book this excursion again. We've already recommended it to everyone back home.
