When paddling together you have to show team spirit and work together to overcome the obstacles. At the end of the tour you will get off the boat as a strengthened team. Tour programme We meet at our raft base at the valley station of the Scuol mountain railways. There you will be welcomed, receive your rafting equipment and can use the dressing rooms to change. This will be followed by a transfer to the entry point at the river, where you will receive safety instructions from your guide and a paddle training. Then you are ready for your adventure. You water the boats and during a final training you can get to know the boat on a quiet section before it goes into the first rapids. On the way you will master key passages with the sounding names "Frenchman", "Lokomotive" and "Happy Snappa". On a quieter stretch you can enjoy the landscape again, before you descend on a steeper section of the river and pass the obstacles of "Galaxy", "Mincer", "Northwall" and "Terminator". After a morning full of action on the river you can review the experiences at the "Après-Raft" in our base and admire the best photos of the tour. Even putting on the gear was a bit of an adventure for the kids. Then it was about a 20-minute bus ride upriver to the starting point. Our assigned guide seemed to be the best of all—at least we had a blast on the tour, with the boat's little built-in turns, and we felt safe in the boat the whole time. The moment when we were asked to "swim" was surprising. But that was an adventure in itself. "Super friendly guides, great beginner's tour.
Due to heavy rain, we switched to a canyon behind Limone.
We had booked the family tour. The highest jump was around 4 meters.
But the guides were especially helpful, especially with the children, and made the tour an unforgettable adventure.
One small criticism is the path to the start. It was very steep and impassable. But that's just the landscape here. Nobody can do anything about it, and the paths should be left as natural as possible.
The path to the start could be different on the Rio Nero, though.
All in all, a fantastic experience!"
