Due to severe weather, our tour had to be postponed. This was communicated perfectly, and luckily we were able to participate on the rescheduled date (otherwise, we would have received a 100% refund). The equipment was flawless, and the proper handling was clearly explained. All you need is a pair of closed-toe shoes (we simply wore some old sneakers), swimwear, a towel, and a change of clothes for after the tour. We were a group of eight people—plus our guide, Max, who was confident, safety-conscious, friendly, and enthusiastic. We felt well taken care of and had a lot of fun sliding down the rocks, rappelling, and especially jumping into the water. We're sure this won't be our last canyoning tour.
