The first section is rather quiet and is perfect for getting to know the boat and slowly approaching the rapids. Have never tried something like this before and really enjoyed. Even there were places that seemed dangerous and scary for me, but instructor gave clear instructions and we worked as a team. We found ourselves doing things we would never do in our comfort zones (for example sliding from a big rock using the raft boat as a slide). Very pleasant and fulfilled experience.
