They also do a good job of encouraging those who are not so relaxed about the action and giving them confidence so that everyone can enjoy the flight. I left my windbreaker in the chair lift and, as a matter of course, got one for the flight. Many thanks to the whole team for this wonderful experience. That was definitely not the last time."
