Great experienced ski instructor (James from the UK), great communication. Mobile phone coverage in the area is very patchy (not the ski schools problem) but this can be annoying. But the ski school is maanging this greatly since they are very present in the ski resort and everybody is very helpful.

We had an exceptional time with Alex (Alexander). He was easy to chat with, we had a laugh, and the way he explained the fundamental concepts of skiing was excellent. Although the two of us were at slightly different levels of experience, we were both still very much at the beginner stage. Alex worked closely with us to develop our skills and gave us the tools to continue improving for the remainder of our holiday. We had a great experience and booked with Ski School Bewegt Kaprun based on other people's reviews. As such, I'm also leaving a positive review because we received great service and would highly recommend them!

Very nice course instructor. The fact that ski equipment rental was included was very practical. I really liked the opportunity to ski a beginner's trail afterwards to consolidate what I had learned.
