"I booked some lessons for my Daughter and I as she is a beginner and I am very rusty! On the morning of our first lesson, our ski instructor Chloe called me to say that the weather forecast wasn’t very good, but that she could collect us from our hotel and take us to a better area for us to ski. She came and put our skis etc on the roof and took us a 15 minute drive to a resort that was brilliant for our needs, she kept our skis and did the same the next day! Very personalised service!! Chloe was the perfect instructor for us! She was sweet, kind, patient and took thought in to the runs that would be best for us to keep within our abilities to make it enjoyable but at the same time allowing us to progress. We can’t thank her enough! And would highly recommend her! "
