Germany Today was my first day of skiing this season in Bayrischzell, and I took a course at the Bayrischzell Ski and Snowboard School. I'm 36 years old and a complete beginner. I did ski twice the year before last, but to be honest, it was anything but easy, and I'd almost given up hope that I could ever really learn.
So I was thrilled today: Thanks to my ski instructor, Andreas, I made incredible progress in just the first lesson. He explained everything calmly, clearly, and with great patience, making me feel like learning at my own pace was perfectly fine. For the first time, I truly felt like I understood skiing – not just how to get down the slopes.
The owner of the ski school is also exceptionally friendly, warm, and helpful. You immediately feel welcome and in good hands.
I never thought I'd say this, but I will definitely continue learning at this ski school this season. I highly recommend the Bayrischzell Ski and Snowboard School to beginners, especially adults.
