Despite the relatively low water level, this was a fantastic experience! Our guide Felix was really cool, and we had tons of fun on the water with him – especially me, as the only woman on board! The whole group was great. We went from calm to fast, swimming in the Ache river and jumping off the rocks was awesome – the water temperature was 9 degrees Celsius! The tour is absolutely recommendable and can be enjoyed by young and old alike. Thanks, Felix, for the fun and interesting hours! 😊👍👍👍

We booked a river rafting trip in Austria on July 30, and we were incredibly lucky to arrive at the site and be assigned the amazing guide, Sam. We had read a little about him beforehand, so we felt extremely fortunate that we actually got him as our guide. We had the most incredible rafting experience, and Sam truly made it the most unforgettable adventure we’ve ever had. His energy, personality, and positive attitude were absolutely fantastic. He made sure the kids were fully involved throughout the trip, playfully pushed them into the water, had fun with everyone, and kept the atmosphere light and entertaining with great comments and jokes. Great tour. Chris, our guide, was very friendly. Since my son is allergic to wasps and we had to bring emergency medication, it was reassuring to know that our guide had just received training on this the day before. I was there with my two children (12 and 13). Surprisingly, after the first few practice rappels, the younger one got scared because the rocks were wet and more slippery than in the climbing gym. Long story short: He started crying, and Chris took the older kids on the tour alone while we waited at the car. The older one was absolutely thrilled and talked about it for hours afterward. Sport und Natur Kössen was incredibly accommodating. Since we only had a few days left, there weren't many free slots, but they offered us both a rafting trip as an alternative. Now that's what I call good service!

Service is PERFECT! Even on Sunday, around midnight and last minute still reaponse to messages! Accommodating in Changes to our bookings. Our strap for the glasses broke. And we just got one from them to use. The tour was good pretty thrilling and lots of fun. Pretty much the most exciting tour you can still do as a beginner Even though it was actually quite a short distance and didn't even go up all that high it was a full action packed experience. Some of the "obstacles" you could just do multiple times. Nice good equipment including very good shoes.
