An excellent experience, the instructor was very good and friendly, clearly explaining what to do, how to do it, and what to avoid. As a novice, I found these lessons an excellent way to learn the basics for safer and more mindful fun. That doesn't mean it's not a beautiful, yet dangerous, sport.
