Until recently, our daughter attended group classes. The group size and the changing composition were perfectly suited to her until she was about eight years old. However, at nine, we clearly sensed a new need: more autonomy, more genuine variety from the daily school routine, and more individualized learning. For those who aren't simply looking for childcare but want sustainable progress and rapid development, we wholeheartedly recommend private lessons. The investment is worthwhile – both academically and for the child's self-confidence.

Jan and Mike are awesome. Super friendly and flexible. At the last minute, we changed from cross-country skiing to Alpine skiing. This wasn't an issue at all. We also changed from two days to one day (for the old folks; kids kept the second day). This wasn't an issue at all either. We even received a partial refund for that change. Mike is an excellent instructor. Very patient and transparent. That said, if you have a group of adults and kids, you should split them up (1 instructor for 2 people is a good ratio). Would definitely do this ski school again. In fact, I wish I did it when I was a kid!!!
