Jan and Mike are awesome. Super friendly and flexible. At the last minute, we changed from cross-country skiing to Alpine skiing. This wasn't an issue at all. We also changed from two days to one day (for the old folks; kids kept the second day). This wasn't an issue at all either. We even received a partial refund for that change. Mike is an excellent instructor. Very patient and transparent. That said, if you have a group of adults and kids, you should split them up (1 instructor for 2 people is a good ratio). Would definitely do this ski school again. In fact, I wish I did it when I was a kid!!!

We spontaneously booked a private ski lesson and were incredibly lucky. My children got a fantastic ski instructor who clearly enjoyed her work, was very funny and friendly, and taught them quite a bit. The children were absolutely thrilled.
