Very friendly and put me at ease instantly with my private lesson, definitely knew what I needed and tailored the 2.5 hours to me which meant I really got a lot out of the lesson. Sophie sent me a whatapp to confirm a meeting place which was a good idea. I think she was one of the best instructors I've had! I felt challenged, improved and felt confident skiing afterwards.
