Q: Why did checkyeti decide to rebrand now?

Jakob: Over the past 11 years, checkyeti has grown from a niche ski booking platform into Europe’s leading marketplace for outdoor activities. Our identity needed to evolve to reflect who we are today: a brand that celebrates adventure all year round, from snowy peaks to sunny beaches. The rebrand is a natural step — one that matches our growth and inspires even more people to discover the outdoors.

Q: Georg, as Co-Founder, how does it feel to see checkyeti take this step?

Georg: It’s a proud moment. When we started, booking a ski lesson online was still unusual. Today, we’re helping millions of people find outdoor adventures across Europe. This rebrand is more than just new colours or a logo — it’s a milestone that celebrates how far we’ve come and the adventures still waiting ahead.

Q: What does the new branding represent about checkyeti’s identity today?

Jakob: It reflects our spirit: bold, joyful, and adventurous. We wanted an identity that feels energetic and modern, while staying true to our promise, making outdoor adventures easy to discover and creating memories that last.

Q: What role has the team played in shaping checkyeti into what it is today?

Jakob: The team has been absolutely integral, not only in building the company, but also in shaping this rebrand. From the start, we wanted our brand to grow from the inside out, shaped by our values and by the feelings our adventures create.

We kept coming back to two simple questions: How do we want our customers to feel? And where can those feelings truly come alive? The answer was always the same: in those special moments before, during, and after an outdoor adventure. The anticipation before setting off. The joy and adrenaline in the middle of it. The sense of fulfilment and memory-making afterward.

That’s how the idea of #YetiMoments was born. It captures the essence of what we create: powerful, emotional moments in nature that stay with you long after the adventure ends. You could say that through this process, we rediscovered our inner Yeti.

Georg: Bold, joyful, honest, persistent, and caring. These values aren’t just words, they guide how we work together every day and inspire the brand you see today.

Q: What is one thing you want customers to feel when they think of checkyeti?
