Italy Lunch was great! The boat was great too, and the beaches were absolutely beautiful.
France Small group tour, with the option of an early departure (8:30 am) allowing you to arrive in Balos before the tourist crowds. Very welcoming staff and a picnic lunch included – very convenient.
Belgium The captain of the boat was extremely friendly, the boat was impressive in its speed, the scenery was sublime, and the unlimited drinks were very good.
Germany Everything was very well organized, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. We had a vegetarian with us, and they catered for her needs with plenty of choices. The boat was fantastic, with seating and lounging options everywhere. There was plenty of snorkeling gear, fins, SUPs, pool noodles, and other equipment available for swimming from the boat, and we had ample time for that.
Italy Perfect organization Helpful and welcoming driver Gioia, our guide, was precise and very attentive to detail. Throughout the journey, she shared some of the history of the beautiful Cretan cities through our headset. Balos Lagoon was stunning, and everything was organized down to the smallest detail. Emanuela, the agency's organizer, was very attentive and placed us in a group with an Italian guide, rather than our request for an English-speaking guide.
Germany It was simply wonderful! We started at 5 pm at the port of Kissamos. There was plenty of parking right at the end of the harbor. We found the boat quickly and received a warm welcome. :) We cruised for 1.5 hours along the cliffs in beautiful, calm water. It was almost unreal, so beautiful. We relaxed on deck and enjoyed the scenery. Once we arrived, the water was crystal clear for swimming. A lovely way to cool off. Fantastic! Then we watched the sunset. Wow!!! What a beautiful experience! I'd never seen anything like it. Afterwards, we cruised back in the dark. That was quite an experience too!
