Perfect organization Helpful and welcoming driver Gioia, our guide, was precise and very attentive to detail. Throughout the journey, she shared some of the history of the beautiful Cretan cities through our headset. Balos Lagoon was stunning, and everything was organized down to the smallest detail. Emanuela, the agency's organizer, was very attentive and placed us in a group with an Italian guide, rather than our request for an English-speaking guide.

Thé bus journey from Heraklion to Agios Nikalos took 3 hours. This was far too long! On getting to Spinalonga there were long queues for tickets. Thé beach for swimming at lunchtime was really over crowded but overall the guide was kind and helpful and we enjoyed Spinalonga.
