Slovakia "The trip to Nisyros was nice. We had some time in the town, then a bus took us to the volcano and after that to one of the villages. The only minor downside was that we booked tour in English but were in a bus full of German tourists. Fortunately, I speak german so I could translate to my girlfriend."

Germany "Tour was great! Very pleasant ferry crossing. We first visited a very pretty mountain village with Nikia with a magnificent view before going down into the crater. Finally, we had more than 2 hours in Mandraki, from where the ferry left again at 3.30pm to return to Kardamena. 10 minutes more in Nikia would have been even better. So it was a successful Sunday excursion. Tour plan: 9.30am departure Kardamena 10.30am arrival at Mandraki port and change to bus 11.00am-11.40am Nikia 12.00pm-12.40pm at the crater 1.10pm-3.30pm Mandraki 3.30pm departure boat to Kardamena 4.30pm back in Kardamena"
