"Fun Trip, gorgeous swimming spots, the bus ride to the volcano was very scary because of the serpentines, but the caldera was really impressive. The staff was very nice and the woman managing the bureau was super nice. Watch out while booking because we had a mix up between the two starting positions, it was wrongly labeled on the yeti site. Not suited for children that can't swim in my opinion"

"We had booked late in the day for the next day, unfortunately we had a problem getting there from our hotel complex. Athena immediately offered help and we mutually postponed it by 2 days without much discussion. On our day it was a bit windy. The use of the boat was then explained to us well and also where we should go so that we can have a relaxing day. The tips were spot on. In addition, we were repeatedly informed by radio throughout the day about distances to the beach and possible rocky areas, also when a foreign boat was on a collision course with us, we were informed directly and were able to prepare ourselves. Overall it was a great day and we felt very safe!"
