Meeting & Preparation We meet at our school directly on the beach of Hendaye 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the lessons. There, you will meet your instructor who will provide you with the equipment (wetsuit and surfboard) adapted to the season and your level. Then, off to the beach.

Course content - The right warm up - Theory session and practice on the beach: the basics of surfing technique - Practice in the sea: up to 1 h 30 - Individual assessment at the end of the lesson
