The location is ideal for safe practice, as the bay helps slow the waves. On this privileged site, we welcome you all year round, directly on the beach, for quality courses in a dream setting! In a friendly atmosphere, in a small group of 8 participants maximum of similar age and level, trust your certified instructor to offer you a progressive learning experience thanks to adapted and personalized advice.

Meeting & Preparation
We meet at our school directly on the beach of Hendaye 30 minutes before the scheduled start of the lessons. There, you will meet your instructor who will provide you with the equipment (wetsuit and surfboard) adapted to the season and your level. Then, off to the beach.

- The right warm up
- Theory session and practice on the beach : the basics of surfing technique
- Practice in the sea : up to 1 h 30
- Individual assessment at the end of the lesson
