Details
Make use of your time in one of the best scuba diving destinations in Europe, and become a fully PADI-certified Open Water Diver! Join us in St. Julian's and complete one of the world's most popular scuba diving courses in a beautiful Mediterranean backdrop. Develop a broad skill set and use it to uncover the secrets hidden beneath the ocean around Malta.Goal of the course
As a PADI Open Water Diver, you are qualified to dive down to a depth of 18 metres, together with a buddy. As long as your buddy has the same certification or higher, you can both take part in diving excursions and dive independently from an instructor. The course will equip you with all the knowledge and skills needed to become a confident scuba diver, ready to handle a broad number of situations under water.Meeting & Preparation
Before your first visit to our dive centre, it is important that you complete the PADI e-learning programme online. This has the benefit that you don't need to sit in a classroom while on holiday, and can get right to the fun part of gaining practical diving experience. On the first day of your scheduled course, please arrive at the dive centre 30 minutes before the starting time and bring the confirmation that you've completed the theory course. You will have to fill out the PADI medical form as well, to make sure you are fit to dive. After that, you will meet your instructor, receive your equipment and get started with your first confined water dives. If your accommodation is in St. Julian's, we can even organise for you to be picked up and driven straight to our dive centre.Course content

Great support, thorough training, safety awareness, good equipment and a great experience for my 13-year-old son. I can happily recommend it!

Brilliant experience! A wonderful location for both enclosed and open water dives. And the tuition was top notch throughout. I cannot fault it

The diving course was excellent. The two of us had an instructor, so very good supervision. The equipment was in good condition and everything was explained clearly. The area is just really nice for diving.
