Would like to test your balance on the a board in a calmer way? Then, Stand Up Paddling is made for you! While standing on a longer board and paddling, you will enjoy nice panorama and improve your sense of balance very quickly. Of course a certified instructor nearby will advise you on how to master the SUP basics.
Meeting & Preparation
We meet 15min before the start of the lesson at our base. There, you will gear up and get to know your group and your stand up paddle instructor. You can leave your stuff at the base before going surfing. After a short walk to the sea 2hrs of easy exercises and fun with your instructor await you. If you are a beginner, you will try to get on your board from the water, and if you already know how to paddle, you can even learn more complicated balance exercises. This is the best way to have a successful holiday!

Do I need to be a good swimmer, and what's the minimum age?
You need to know how to swim and be physically healthy to participate. The minimum age is 12 years.
Is equipment included, and what do I need to bring?
A wetsuit and the stand-up paddleboard are included. You should bring swimwear, a towel, a T-shirt, shampoo, and shower gel.
Where do we meet?
