Starting from Saint-Tropez, we have a choice of many beautiful dive sites. Nevertheless, since this is a beginner's lesson, we will make sure to choose a site where there are only few waves and a weak current. In general, for this course, we go either to Cap Camarat, Escalet, Cap de Saint-Tropez or Cap Taillat.Programme- Meeting & Preparation:
We will meet you at our base in Saint-Tropez 30 minutes before the agreed time.. Our base is affiliated with a holiday resort and is very close to the beach. You can therefore enjoy the supermarkets, restaurants, showers, etc. of this resort. You can also park there for €6 a day. Once you arrive, you will be greeted by your instructor who will give you your equipment and a detailed briefing. After that, all you have to do is go to the beach with your group and have your first underwater experience.
- Diving:
When out in the sea, the lessons will take place in the 1-on-1 format, meaning you will be alone with your instructor. Together with your instructor, you'll be able to dive up to 6 m. You will also be shown the hand signals used for communicating underwater as well as the correct breathing techniques.
- Return:
Once the activity is over, we'll take you back to the base. There, you can get your belongings back, change and take a nice hot - and well-deserved - shower. Facts
