What to expect
Adults of all skiing levels can join our private ski lessons in the Golte ski resort and spend a great time on the slopes of the Upper Savinja Valley!
Together with our experienced and certified ski instructors, you will work on your skiing technique, no matter whether it's your first time on the slopes or if you are an expert looking to learn some new freestyle tricks. Together, we will figure out a course programme adapted to your needs and wishes to achieve fast learning progress even in a short amount of time.
You decide whether you would like to profit from an individual one-on-one session or share the experience with your friends and family. To ensure the high quality of our ski lessons, we limit the groups to a maximum of 4 participants per private instructor, provided that all participants have a similar level.

I was travelling on my own in weird covid-times. I really wanted to learn skiing but unclear of the skicenters would be open and if lessons were possible. I knew Matic from kayakschool in the summer and knew he did skiing lessons too. So I emailed him. He was very helpful and kept me in the loop on what was possible at the time. I ended up having skiing lessons for four days and staying in an apartment he arranged for me above his house. He also arranged the renting of skiing equipment so I didn’t really have to arrange anything. The lessons were great and exactly to my level because they were private lessons. Thats why I could also decide on the time and everything else really, so that I could also fit in other things I wanted to do. I really enjoyed my days, the nice people, the hospitality and of course my first experiences in skiing. I would definitely come back for more!

What should I wear for my lessons?
You should wear warm clothing suitable for winter sports. Other accessories such as gloves, a ski mask and sunglasses are strongly recommended.
When should I collect my equipment?
You must arrive at the first lesson with your equipment (skis and poles or snowboard, and boots). If you do not have your own equipment, make sure to allow enough time to collect it from the rental shop so as not to delay the start of the lesson. Some shops even offer the option of collecting equipment the day before your first day of hire.
Do I need to wear a helmet?
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for children in some countries, but it is strongly recommended for everyone, regardless of age.
Where can I buy a ski pass?
Unless otherwise stated, you must have your ski pass with you for the first lesson. You can usually buy one at the ski lift office or online. Discounted rates may be available for children or beginners, so check with your ski school to find out which pass is most suitable.
Do I need to book my lessons in advance?
Generally, it is advisable to book lessons as early as possible. This is especially important during school holidays, such as Christmas and February, when lessons can fill up quickly.
I'm a total beginner, can I still book a lesson?
