Guided by our experienced and certified instructors, you will improve your diving techniques and dive to 30 m depth, gaining greater autonomy and security in water. Let the adrenaline get you as you explore the secrets of the rich and hidden underwater world of Ustica!
Goal of the course
The aim of this course is to improve your diving knowledge and techniques and learn to dive up to 30 m depth, improving your skills and gaining more confidence in your abilities. The course is mostly practical but there will be some theory lessons as well, where you will be introduced to different types of dives: deep dive and navigation are required for the achievement of the course. You will learn to use a compass and know how to deal with a deep dive - then you will choose 3 more adventure dives to explore with your instructor.
Meeting and preparation.
We meet directly at our centre, where you will be welcomed by our friendly staff and receive the necessary equipment. After a short briefing, you will be ready to start your diving adventure.
Course content
- Dive 1: Introduction + 1 Theory Lesson
- Dive 2: 1 Navigation + 1 Theory Lesson
- Dive 3: 1 Adventure Dive + 1 Theory Lesson
- Dive 4: 1 Adventure Dive + 1 Theory Lesson
- Dive 5: 1 Adventure (Deep) Dive + 1 Theory Lesson + Final Exam to get the ADV Certificate.
The number of dives per day is flexible, if agreed in advance; you can make up to 2/3 dives per day, respecting all safety standards.

Can I take part if I can't swim, and are life jackets/floating devices provided (including for kids)?
To take part in this advanced course, you must already have an Open Water Diver certification, which requires swimming skills. Therefore, this activity is not suitable for non-swimmers.
What are the prerequisites for this course?
To enroll in this course, you need a valid Open Water Diver certificate, a medical certificate for underwater activities, and must be at least 12 years old.
What will I learn during the course?
This course is designed to improve your diving techniques and confidence. You will learn to dive to a depth of 30 m, practice deep diving and navigation, and choose 3 additional adventure dives to complete with your instructor.
How many dives are included in the course?
The course includes 5 dives in total: a deep dive, a navigation dive, and 3 adventure dives of your choice. The schedule is flexible, allowing for 2 to 3 dives per day.
Is the diving equipment included?
The services include a certified diving instructor and a scuba tank (200 Bar).
Is the certification included in the price?
The PADI certificate is not included in the course price. It can be obtained for a surcharge of 90€ per person, payable on site.
