SSI Basic Diver Course in Sainte-Maxime for Beginners

With the SSI Basic Diver course you will learn all you need to know to dive to a depth of 12 meters with one of our certified instructors. The theory, as well as the 4 dives included in this training, will give you all the keys to react to common underwater situations. Faster than the Open Water course, the 4 dives can then be credited towards your Open Water course, if completed within 6 months.

Programme
eLearning
The theoretical training is done in your myssi space, or on the myssi smartphone application. We will send you the access details for the online training that you will have to complete before the start date of your first dive.

Kick-off
For the practical course, the meeting point is at the diving club, where you will be provided with the necessary equipment. Then, take the boat to the dive site and watch the Mediterranean coastline recede before your eyes. Finally, after a short briefing on the use of the equipment and an explanation of the activity, dive into the water and let your instructor guide you!

Requirements
- Minimum age: 10 years old
- Physical health
- Swimming ability
- If you wear prescription glasses, you need to be comfortable wearing contact lenses

- Medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of scuba diving of less than one year
