Explore Italy's most romantic city with a walking tour & shared gondola ride around Venice! During the first part of the tour, you will enjoy a walk through the most characteristic places of Venetian history, covering the millennium of life of the "Repubblica Serenissima". Our expert guides will tell you about the fascinating past of this unique city. The excursion will end in romance with a gondola ride, with a maximum of 5 participants, to enjoy the architectural wonders of Venice directly from the water!
We will start from St. Mark's Square discovering the ancient origins of its main monuments, from the Basilica to the Doge's Palace. We will then go to Santa Maria Formosa square: the history and anecdotes related to this wonderful place will leave you speechless! After visiting the Pantheon of the Doge and the Scuola Grande di Carità, the guided tour will end at the House of Marco Polo and then return to St Mark's Square passing through the Mercerie, the city's main shopping street.
After a short break, you will enjoy a traditional gondola ride along the Grand Canal, surrounded by majestic palaces and ancient churches and bridges: the view from the gondola will be breathtaking! We will then go into the canals and minor streets, more secluded, to experience the authenticity of the magic Venetian atmosphere.

Departure & Return
We will meet in Calle dell’Ascensione, in front of the post office of St. Mark’s Square 15 minutes before the booked time. At the end of our tour, we will return to our starting point.
