The second stop will be on the island of Burano, the most picturesque island in the lagoon, renowned for its manufacture of lace. Here you will have an hour of free time to explore it on your own and get some lunch! The last island we'll visit is Torcello, a place rich in history famous for being a port of exile in the 5th century for the inhabitants of Altino, who took refuge on the island following an attack by the Huns.
