PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course at Lia Beach

Are you a certified diver and ready for a new adventure? If you are, the PADI Advanced Open Water Course in Mykonos is for you! In just 2 days you can improve and expand your knowledge and diving skills. The course consists of a total of 5 dives, 2 of which are mandatory deep water dives and the other 3 we will discuss on site. Depending on the weather, we can offer different dives.

The Advanced Open Water course is for divers with "Open Water Diver" certification (or equivalent).

Meeting Point & Preparation

- eLearning:
After booking, you will be sent the link to the PADI e-learning, where you can order the material directly online (not in the price included). In order for you to be able to concentrate fully on diving on site, you must have completed the e-learning part before the course starts. Please bring the certificate of the completed eLearning course to the diving centre on the first day.

- Kick-Off:
We will meet at 10:00 am at the dive centre at Lia Beach. If you are arriving by car, there are plenty of parking spaces directly at the meeting point. At our centre, you will have to fill a Medical Form that will allow you to participate in the activity. In the case of any health issue, a doctor's permission is also required. On site, you will receive your equipment and a short safety talk. We always discuss the exact schedule and dive sites on the day of the course so that we can take the weather conditions and your diving experience into account when making a decision. The course consists of a total of 5 dives. Two of them are compulsory dives: one of the two dives is a deep water dive, the other one deals with underwater navigation. The remaining 3 dives can be chosen according to themes (list available on site). We will choose the particular dive on the day. Upon completion of the course, you will be authorized to dive to a depth of up to 30 m.
