If you want to explore Asinara independently, walking along the island's trails and stopping at its crystal clear bays, our day trip from Stintino is what you're looking for!
Departure is from the Stintino Marina in the morning. After about 20 minutes of navigation, we will arrive at the port of Fornelli, located in the southern part of the island. From here you can take one of the hiking paths that will allow you to explore the island, such as the Castellaccio trail, the Acqua trail or the Granito trail. Asinara National Park is home to a large variety of animal species, so during your time on the island it is likely that you will spot the famous white donkeys, wild horses or even some mouflons. If you are not a trekking enthusiast, and you'd rather stay at the beach, within half an hour walk from the port you can reach the clear waters of the Spiaggia dello Spalmatore.
Should you wish to visit the island on a bicycle, our transfer service allows you to take your own bike with you. It is important to remember that if you want to explore the island cycling or hiking in the summer months, you need to be aware of the climate and be prepared for the island's high temperatures, limited water supply and lack of shade.
