Details
Explore the local sea life on this boat trip to Turtle Island and the Keri Caves. We depart from the port of Agios Sostis, and immediately set sail towards Marathonisi, also known as Turtle Island. The white beaches of the island make a great nesting ground for the Caretta Caretta turtles.
We cruise around the island and stop at one of the beautiful natural caves to go swimming and snorkeling in the cool water. When everyone is refreshed, we will take you to the Gulf of Laganas for the main attraction of the day. Here, you will be able to spot the endangered turtles from up close. On our way back, we will take you past the Keri Caves. These natural stone arches along the coast form a beautiful viewing sight. We promise that you will return with some amazing pictures and memories.

We meet 10 minutes before the booked time at the port of Agios Sostis, right next to the bridge that connects to Cameo Island, where we will also return after the tour. If you choose the option with the transfer, we will pick you up from your accommodation and bring you back. The exact location and time of the pick-up will be arranged after the booking. We were very comfortable and made to feel relaxed. There was no rushing at each stop and I would say for 3 hours, there was ample time to soak up the sites, have a swim stop and even an opportunity to lay on the beach on one of the protected islands. A great way to see the beautiful island just make sure you bring your own snacks, plenty of water, sun cream and towels.

Had a super fun boat trip with a nice crew.
Unfortunately, we only saw 1 turtle… I really enjoyed the view and the stop at Turtle Island. Had a nice afternoon!
