Sea Kayak Tour in Portofino with Snorkeling & Apéritif

Get the best that Portofino can offer during our kayak tour with snorkeling and apéritif. We will first admire the colourful houses of this former fisherman's village from our kayaks, and then snorkel in the clear waters of the Paraggi bay, and look for octopuses, starfish, and sponges. Finish the experience on a high note with an apéritif on our terrace overlooking the sea, and enjoy some focaccia accompanied by local wine.

Tour programme
- Preparation:
We will meet at our base on Niasca Beach 15 minutes before the start of the activity. Please reach us by using public transport. You can leave your belongings in our lockers, but we advise you not to bring any valuable items. Here, in groups of maximum 16 people, we will put on the equipment and have a quick briefing. After having learned the basics of kayaking, we will head towards the sea.
- Tour:
We will paddle along the shore, taking in the breathtaking views of Portofino Bay. We will continue down the coast beyond the harbour until we reach the magnificent lighthouse. After that, we will circle the promontory and have a quick swim in the sea. We will then head back to Niasca Beach, where we will put on the snorkeling equipment and explore the Paraggi bay, which is right next to our base. The Paraggi bay is one of the best spots to see the great variety of biodiversity of the Portofino Marine Protected Area, with extensive posidonia meadows. Our guide will bring you to the best spots in the bay and help you recognize all the species that we'll observe!
- Return:
Once having explored the wonderful seabed of the bay, you will enjoy an apéritif on our terrace overlooking the sea, with some typical Ligurian products and local organic wine. You can also have a hot shower, but only using an eco-friendly soap.
