To allow you to make the most out of your surfing lesson, the maximum number of participants in our group lessons is of 5 people per instructor. Meeting & Preparation On the day of your surf lesson, we will meet at our base at Praia do Tarquínio. Here you will meet your instructor and you will receive the proper equipment, which will be based on your age and your experience. If you arrive by car, you can use the car park (parking fee).

Start time The start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available in advance. We will inform you in time after you have completed the booking.

Course content - Introduction about the surf equipment and how to take care of it - Safety information and surf etiquette - Info about the wind, the tide, the swell, and the currents - Technique practice: paddling, board control, standing up - Balancing stance and first manoeuvres
