Our private adult ski lessons in Roccaraso are designed for beginners who want to learn how to ski with a personal instructor, but also for experienced skiers who want to improve their skills and progress on the slopes of this beautiful ski resort in Abruzzo.
During the ski class, a personal instructor will help you feel safe and confident on every type of slope in Roccaraso and the area of Alto Sangro. They will adapt the lesson to your level in order to allow you to progress at your own pace. The maximum number of participants per instructor is 5.
First-timers will start by getting familiar with the ski equipment and the basic techniques like the snow plough, and they will learn how to do their first turns and how to stop. Advanced skiers will learn how to do short turns and how to carve on more challenging slopes.
Meeting time
We meet 10 minutes before the starting time at the tapis roulant in front of the hotel Boschetto. Please come to the ski school office close to the meeting point with your booking confirmation. If you come by car, there are a lot of free car parks a few steps away.
Ski pass
All skiers need a ski pass from the first day of the lessons. In order to not lose time at the beginning of your lesson, please buy your ski pass in advance at the ski lift ticket office.
Good to know
Ski equipment is not included in the price of the lesson. Please make sure you have skis, ski boots, helmet, gloves & sunglasses or goggles at the start of the lesson. The use of helmets is compulsory for kids under the age of 14.
