Dive into the world of surfing with our surf lessons, set against the stunning backdrop of the Azores. The tide decides whether we have our tailored sessions at Praia das Milícias or Areal de Santa Barbara. Our instructors only supervise a maximum of 6 people at the same time, this is so we can ensure an optimal learning experience for newcomers to the sport or for those who already know how to surf but would like a little extra help so that they can get to the next level. We're eager to share these incredible experiences with you. Let's ride the waves together, and connect with wonderful people.

Meeting Point & Preparation The lessons are normally held at Praia das Milícias or at the Areal de Santa Barbara, where we have our shop including a bar. The students will be informed of the location and meeting point 48h before the lesson by Whatsapp. Please be there 10min before the lesson starts.

Starting times Please keep in mind that the start time depends on the tides to ensure the best conditions, so please plan some extra time on the day of your surf lessons. The exact start times are available 48h in advance. We will inform you in time.

Course Content - Ocean knowledge and safety rules - Dynamic warm-up - Explanation of the surf equipment and its functions - Explanation of the take-off while still on the sand. - Learning how to enter the water and get onto your board. - Learning how to catch a wave (in the white water) and paddling technique. - Learning how to stand-up and balance on your board
